NRCA member Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing, a Houston-based commercial roofing and building envelope firm has announced it has acquired NRCA member Dixie Membrane Roofing, an Atlanta-based commercial roofing contractor.
Dixie Membrane Roofing will gain access to Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing’s platform of waterproofing, building envelope restoration and service, creating new opportunities to provide comprehensive services to Dixie Membrane Roofing’s clients. Dixie Membrane Roofing will continue to operate under its established name and leadership.
